TopJune 12, 2006Vital Resources Acquires Oil Reserves and Interest in 3.7 Million Acres in the Philippines Vancouver-based Vital Resources Corp. announced it has entered into a purchase agreement with Bentley International Oil Ltd., a private Canadian corporation. Vital will acquire 100% of Bentley's interest in the Farmin Agreement with respect to Service Contracts between NorAsian Energy Limited and Bentley. Under the terms of the Farmin Agreement, Vital will participate with NorAsian in the further development of Service Contracts 50, 51 and 55, which will provide the oil production revenue to advance the drilling targets that have been identified on this 3.7 million acre land position in the Philippines.
